Dental Implant is a long-term solution, which replaces the missing teeth with artificial ones that closely resemble natural teeth in both function and appearance. It’s a long-term solution for tooth loss and offers numerous benefits.

Dental Implant Benefits:

It offers numerous advantages, including improved chewing ability, speech, and appearance. They are known for their longevity, durability, and ability to maintain the health and integrity of the jawbone.

Dental Implants Application

  1. Treatment Planning:  The dentist will conduct a examination of your oral health, including X-rays and possibly a CT scan.
  2. Implant placement:  Dental implants consist of three main parts: the implant fixture, the abutment, and the dental crown. The implant fixture is surgically placed into the jawbone. After the implant placement, a healing period of several months is required to allow osseointegration to occur.
  3. Abutment Placement: Once the implant has fused with the jawbone, a second minor surgical procedure is performed to attach the abutment to the implant, This procedure is usually less invasive and requires healing time to allow the gums to heal around the abutment.
  4. Dental Restoration: After the abutment has healed, the dental restoration, such as a crown, bridge, or denture, is custom-made and attached to the abutment.
A proper oral hygiene and regular dental visits are essential to ensure the long-term success of dental implants.
